Return Policy

To request a return, refund, or replacement, please email return mkt1@fukkol-lube.com. 

Upon review and approval (pictures and/videos may be requested), a Return Authorization number will be issued. Items must be shipped back within 15 days of return authorization approval. Customer is responsible for any freight charges. Product must be undamaged and unopened in original packaging. 

Any item/s returned without prior authorization, a valid return authorization number, and completed return information will be discarded.
